Instructions to authors

To submit their papers, authors are invited to follow these steps :

• Create an account on the ScienceConf platform by completing the following form :

• Submit the full version using the same sciencesConf account.

Oral presentations must be written in English and must be no longer than six pages, including the title, authors, keywords, and affiliations, according to the required format (Template IEEE).

Presentation procedure

1. Once the paper is accepted, the author must choose between an in-person and a virtual presentation.

2. The oral presentation can be in French or English. 

 Importantes dates

• Submission Deadline : October 15, 2025
  

•  Acceptance Notification :  October 31, 2025

• Final Submission and Registration : November  20, 2025 

• Conference  : December  19-20, 2025
